Just a quick update...we all had a good sleep last night. We went to bed at about 8pm and we all managed to sleep pretty well. Chris woke up at 6am and decided to go for a run into Port Douglas - Jack joined him for the first 30 mins. Chris then ran back along Four Mile beach (see pic on the left) and it was so inspiring that he ended up running for 10 miles!! The beach was full of people out strolling, doing yoga and exercising....even at that early time!Later this morning we met up with our friends 'The Hutchings' for some late breakfast and then headed into Port Douglas to look around. We did some food shopping as we are having a big bbq this evening - the villa has a really nice bbq area along with a tennis court....

G'day Guys. Amazing picture of the beach and well done Chris - running for 10 miles. Want update soon that Caroline has run the same distance :-) Boys look very at home on the beach and they will probably be out surfing soon. Its Results Day in UK, Ems will be getting her results in about 30 minutes! Good to see you are all having a wonderful time and can I request a few photos of Caroline for the blog and an update from the boys! Love Lisa xx
