Hi everyone - Chris here with a quick update.
After a couple of weeks pretty flat out with work I managed to work from home today which was very nice indeed! I finished up about 5.30 and decided to go for a lovely run along the beach. I thought you might like to see some of the views as I took a couple of quick pics.
